- Proper ordinary maintenance.

For customized products or “one-of-a-kind” artistic works, the warranty applies exclusively to technical and structural components and does not cover natural variations inherent to artisanal or artistic materials.

3 - Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

- Aesthetic damage not affecting functionality or safety.
- Damage caused by unauthorized transport.
- Improper installation or misuse.
- Overvoltage, short circuits, or non-compliant electrical systems.

For LED products, a reduction in luminous flux within the technical limits declared by the manufacturer does not constitute a defect.

4 - Warranty claim procedure

Warranty claims must be submitted to:

Email: warranty@treviole.com

The claim must include:

- Copy of invoice or proof of purchase;
- Detailed description of the defect;
- Photographic or video documentation;
- Product code or batch number (if available).

Claims must be submitted:

- Within 30 days of delivery for visible defects;
- Without undue delay upon discovery for hidden defects.

Treviole reserves the right to request return of the product for technical inspection, subject to prior written authorization.

- Repair the product;
- Provide a replacement component;
- Replace the product with an equivalent model;
- Apply a proportional price reduction where applicable.

Replacement products may differ due to technological updates or design modifications.

Repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period. Replacement products are covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty.

6 - Legal warranty for consumers (B2B)

For consumer customers, the statutory warranty of conformity pursuant to applicable consumer protection laws remains unaffected.

In case of sales through third-party marketplaces, applicable statutory provisions and the contractual terms of the platform shall apply.

This commercial warranty is additional to and does not replace any rights granted by law.

7 - Internal Production

Treviole products may be manufactured in different countries depending on production specialization, available technologies, project requirements, and supply chain optimization.

Warranty responsibility remains exclusively with Treviole S.r.l., as the trademark owner.

8 - Governing law and jurisdiction

This warranty shall be governed by Italian law.

For professional customers (B2B), the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

For consumers (B2C), jurisdiction shall lie with the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, in accordance with applicable law.
